What are the symptoms of TB?

Symptoms of TB include persistent cough, blood-stained sputum, loss of body weight, afternoon fever and night sweating. Occasionally some patients may have no symptoms. Depending on the site of the body being affected, other symptoms may also occur. Persons with symptoms suspicious of TB should seek medical advice early.
