Programme forms for cases of multidrug-resistant TB (MDR-TB)

Multidrug-resistant TB (MDR-TB) cases are important from public health point of view as well as its clinical management. Guidelines on management of MDR-TB patients are in place. The referral flow (RRMDR_Flow_protocol1409) and notification (RRMDR_Noti_Form1409) of MDR-TB cases have also been mentioned in the guidelines. A new set of forms below for timely capturing the treatment outcome status of RR/MDRTB patients have been designed:

These forms are mainly for use by chest hospital doctors, to be completed when there is a change in treatment outcome status (Form S1 for the current episode; and Form S2 for the last episode at retreatment).
