The Lands Department issued four consents for the sale of 3,365 residential units and one consent for the sale of a commercial unit in uncompleted development projects last month (February).
The residential units, located in Sha Tin, Sai Kung, Tuen Mun and on Lantau Island, are estimated to be completed between September 2002 and November 2003, a spokesman for the Department said today (March 6).
The department also issued one consent to assign for 1,312 residential units and one consent to assign for commercial units in February.
At the end of February, there were 19 applications for pre-sale consent involving a total of 17,827 residential units across the SAR. The units are expected to be completed between March 2002 and December 2003.
In addition, there were six applications for pre-sale consent concerning commercial developments.
There was also one application for consent to assign involving commercial units.
