The Lands Department issued five consents for the sale of 6,215 residential units and one consent for the sale of 120 commercial units in uncompleted development projects last month (November).

The residential units, located throughout the SAR, are either completed or estimated to be completed before June 2004, a spokesman for the Department said today (December 5).

At the end of November, there were 23 applications for pre-sale consent involving a total of 13,882 residential units throughout Hong Kong. The units are expected to be completed between December 2002 and September 2004.

In addition there were eight applications for consent to assign involving residential units and one application for consent to assign involving commercial units.
