"Fish enJoy" Scheme catches on

After launching the "Agri enJoy" Scheme, the Agriculture, Fisheries and Conservation Department has introduced the "Fish enJoy" Scheme to support local fish farms to transform into family-friendly fisheries. Participants can sell their own farmed seafood and, with the appropriate licences, even prepare seafood dishes on-site.

News.gov.hk spoke to representatives from the department about the objectives and implementation of the "Fish enJoy" Scheme and the "Agri enJoy" Scheme. Meanwhile, a mariculturist and a farmer involved in the schemes gave a taste of the experiences on offer to the public.
