SCS to lead Permanent Secretaries and Heads of Departments to Mainland for study and duty visit

Following the one in 2023, the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region (HKSAR) Government is organising another training and visit programme on the Mainland for Permanent Secretaries and Heads of Departments. The trip aims to further strengthen their understanding of the country’s major policies and development strategies, and to foster work connections and exchanges between HKSAR officials and their Mainland counterparts.
The delegation will attend national studies at the National Academy of Governance, call on the Hong Kong and Macao Work Office of the Communist Party of China Central Committee and the Hong Kong and Macao Affairs Office of the State Council in Beijing, and then proceed to Chengdu for a working visit on April 22.
The delegation will depart Chengdu for Hong Kong on April 25.
