The Lands Department announced today (December 22) that, in respect of the tender for the site Tsuen Wan Town Lot No. 441 at the junction of Wing Shun Street and Texaco Road, Tsuen Wan, New Territories, which was awarded on November 18 to the successful tenderer, Fast Mighty Limited (parent company: Chinachem Group Holdings Limited), on a 50-year land grant at a premium of $2,475,000,000, the tender amounts submitted by the unsuccessful tenderers in descending order are published on an anonymous basis as follows:
