Win-win agricultural transformation

The Agriculture, Fisheries and Conservation Department conducts research and trials at its Tai Lung Experimental Station to search for crop varieties and production methods that suit the local environment in order to support the upgrading and transformation of the agriculture industry. The department also plans to introduce a unified new brand that will establish production standards, farming methods, and a certification and traceability system for local agricultural and fisheries products so as to ensure quality standards are met and strengthen sales.
