Hoi Sham Park Extension opens on April 3 (with photos)

     The Leisure and Cultural Services Department (LCSD) announced today (March 31) that the newly built Hoi Sham Park Extension (the Park) in Kowloon City District will open for public use from next Monday (April 3). Located at To Kwa Wan near the harbour side, the Park will be a pleasant and relaxing leisure space with a spectacular promenade for public enjoyment. 

     Occupying about 1.3 hectares, the Park provides a number of recreational facilities to meet the needs of people of all ages, including fitness corners, pavilion and lawn, a children's play area, a children's cycling ground and the promenade, etc.

     Members of the public who plan to visit the Park can walk from Exit D of the To Kwa Wan MTR Station in about six minutes, or take various bus and minibus routes there. For enquiries, please contact the Kowloon City District Leisure Services Office of the LCSD at 2711 0541 during office hours.
