Reporter: Going back to the revitalisation scheme you mentioned earlier in your speech, could you please provide us more details on what steps the bureau is doing or planning to further streamline the procedures?
Secretary for Development: Right now we are still doing a review of the mechanism - the operation mechanism, application mechanism and approval mechanism for our revitalisation scheme; and our target is to complete this review within this year. Basically the general direction is to streamline with a view to facilitating worthy applications and expediting the approval process and the eventual construction process. So we will have more details to release when we are ready.
