Blossoming in celebration of the city

     To celebrate the 25th anniversary of the establishment of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region, the Leisure and Cultural Services Department launched the Blossom Around Town event to carry out beautification works at 51 prominent parks and locations in phases across Hong Kong. Members of the public can appreciate the colourful landscaping work and beautifully designed floral installations.

     News.gov.hk recorded the construction process of a flower sea in Central and Western District and spoke to department representatives who explained the purpose and attractions of the event.
