PlanD to resume public services gradually

     In view of the latest development of the epidemic, the Planning Department (PlanD) today (March 31) announced that its public services will gradually resume starting from tomorrow (April 1) as follows:
 
Date Public services resumed
Starting from April 1 The Planning Enquiry Counter (PEC) of North Point Government Offices (17/F) will resume normal services, including counter services.
Starting from April 8 The PEC of Sha Tin Government Offices (14/F) will resume normal services, including counter services.
Starting from April 8 District Planning Offices will resume routine fieldwork, including posting of site notices for planning applications.

     In view of the need to reduce the flow of people and social contacts, visitors are encouraged to make appointments before visiting the PECs to facilitate control of the number of visitors at any one time. Members of the public can visit the PlanD's website (www.pland.gov.hk) for general planning information and make enquiries through the telephone hotline (2231 5000) or email (enquire@pland.gov.hk).

     Meanwhile, the City Gallery will continue to be temporarily closed until further notice. Members of the public are welcome to visit the City Gallery's website (www.citygallery.gov.hk) to browse and join the online exhibitions and activities.

     The PlanD will closely monitor the situation and continue to adopt social distancing and infection control measures. For enquiries, please call the hotline 2231 5000 during office hours or visit the PlanD's website.
