Tseung Kwan O (East) Integrated Family Service Centre temporarily closed

     The Social Welfare Department (SWD) today (March 3) announced that, due to the occurrences of a positive case and a rapid antigen test positive case of COVID-19, the Tseung Kwan O (East) Integrated Family Service Centre on 2/F, Tseung Kwan O South Ancillary Facilities Block, 5 Chi Shin Street, Tseung Kwan O, will be temporarily closed until further notice.

     The positive case found is related to a Workman II, who last performed duties on February 25. She had been wearing a mask when performing duties. Her body temperature was normal when undergoing temperature screening during work.

     A thorough cleaning and disinfection has been arranged at the premise concerned. For enquiries, members of the public may contact the Tseung Kwan O (East) Integrated Family Service Centre at 2701 7704 during office hours.

     During the pandemic, the SWD has been strictly implementing various disease prevention measures, including measuring the body temperature of people entering the office and providing masks and other personal protective equipment for staff. Staff members are reminded to pay attention to personal hygiene and to stay vigilant. They should seek medical advice immediately if feeling unwell.
