Special traffic and transport arrangements for Christmas market at Stanley Plaza

* The effective hours of pedestrian precincts on Stanley Market Road and Stanley New Street will be extended from 11am to 11pm on December 11, 18 and 24 to 26, and from 11am to 9pm on December 12, 19 and 27.
* The services of Citybus route No. 260, New World First Bus route Nos. 14, 63 and 65, and green minibus route Nos. 40, 40X and 52 will be strengthened subject to passenger demand.
* One departure of Citybus special route No. 73S will be operated from Stanley Village to Ocean Park Station at 5.10pm on December 11, 12, 18, 19 and 24 to 27.
The TD anticipates the traffic in the vicinity of Stanley and its approach roads will be busy during the holding of the above event. Members of the public should use public transport services as far as possible, or consider using the free shuttle bus and ferry services provided by the event organiser (visit www.linkhk.com/en/promotion/454 for details). Due to the limited number of parking spaces at Stanley Plaza, motorists who have not reserved parking spaces with the event organiser should avoid driving to the vicinity. Motorists should exercise tolerance and patience when traffic is congested and follow the instructions of the Police.
