"Striving and Transforming - The History of Hong Kong Industry" exhibition extended to October 5

     The exhibition "Striving and Transforming - The History of Hong Kong Industry", now being held at the Hong Kong Museum of History, has been well received since its opening. The Leisure and Cultural Services Department announced today (September 14) that the exhibition period has been extended to October 5 to enable more people to grasp the final opportunity to visit.
 
     This special exhibition showcases about 1,200 exhibits of classic Hong Kong-made products to present the diverse output and interesting stories of Hong Kong industry to visitors. Also on display are a number of precious historical photographs, bringing the dynamic past of Hong Kong industry to life. The exhibition also features many multimedia programmes and oral history interviews, which allow visitors to appreciate from various perspectives the history of the periods covered.
 
     Co-organised by the Hong Kong Museum of History and the Federation of Hong Kong Industries, the exhibition is being held at the Special Exhibition Gallery of the museum.
