Hongkong Post to issue "Underwater World of Hong Kong" special stamps (with photos)

     Hongkong Post announced today (June 28) that a set of special stamps on the theme "Underwater World of Hong Kong" and associated philatelic products will be released for sale on July 16 (Tuesday).
      
     Not far from its vibrant urban areas, Hong Kong has a beautiful and undisturbed natural coastline accommodating a unique ecological habitat for an absorbing mix of tropical and temperate marine life.
      
     To promote a better understanding of our marine ecosystem in the hope of appreciating and preserving our precious marine resources, Hongkong Post will issue a set of six special stamps to make a collage of the intriguing underwater world of Hong Kong. This issue also includes a fish-shaped souvenir sheet with fish-shaped perforations as well as six mini stamp sheets, which are the first of their kind and highly collectible.
      
     Information about this special stamp issue and associated philatelic products is available on the Hongkong Post website at www.hongkongpost.hk and via the Hongkong Post mobile app.
