2019 Village Representative Election: Overall turnout rate

     The last polling day of 2019 Village Representative Election ended at 7pm today (January 13). 

     A total of 367 candidates from 108 villages contested for 195 seats, including 129 Indigenous Inhabitant Representatives and 66 Resident Representatives.

     A total of 30 113 out of the 48 476 registered voters cast their votes, representing an overall turnout of 62.12 per cent.
