Public invited to attend public engagement sessions on youth development policy

Further to the public engagement session held in July on Hong Kong Island, the Home Affairs Bureau and the Commission on Youth (CoY) will hold three more public engagement sessions for Kowloon, New Territories East and New Territories West respectively in September and October to collect public opinions on the way forward for the youth development policy of Hong Kong. The Chairman of the CoY, Mr Lau Ming-wai, will attend the public engagement sessions to exchange views with the participants.
The second public engagement session will be held on September 6 (Wednesday) from 7pm to 8.30pm at Room WP01, Podium, West Block, Education Bureau Kowloon Tong Education Services Centre, 19 Suffolk Road, Kowloon Tong. Members of the public are welcome to attend.
Members of the public can enrol from today (August 7) through online registration on the CoY's website (www.coy.gov.hk/en/activities/youth_engagement.html). For enquiries, please call 3509 7035 or email youth_engagement@hab.gov.hk.
Enrolment will close at 5pm on August 28 (Monday). Ballots will be drawn should the number of enrolments received exceed capacity. No walk-in registration will be accepted.
