SFH on sentinel events

Reporter: What kind of improvement do you think that the (Hospital) Authority should make on sentinel events? You just said that after the review, you think there should be some kind of improvement.
Secretary for Food and Health: Obviously further to the review by the Hospital Authority (HA), earlier which they had already held a press conference (on the review), I think the system, the mechanism and also the entire healthcare team would have to take note of different issues and events, and also the procedures of the patients. Therefore, I think it is important for the HA as a whole as well as the hospitals and the healthcare professionals themselves to be more aware of this kind of issue.
