Secretary for Food and Health: Regarding this particular issue, there are three groups of people (in the Yen Chow Street Temporary Hawker Bazaar). The first group is licensed operators. The second group is bona fide operators without licences but who can substantiate their claim of being independently operated in the market for a long period. The third group is those who cannot substantiate their claims. I think the public would expect the Government to be able to uphold justice in this regard, especially when considering the use of public resources.
