Extension of polling hours for polling stations

Attention TV and radio duty announcers. Please broadcast the following special announcement immediately, and repeat it at frequent intervals:
The Electoral Affairs Commission (EAC) announced that the opening of the poll for the 2016 Legislative Council General Election this morning (September 4) was delayed for two minutes, seven minutes and two minutes at the polling stations at Hong Kong Federation of Handicapped Youth Jockey Club Activity Center (H1102), Hongkong Garden Club Ltd. (K1202) and The Hong Kong Management Association K S Lo College (M2501) respectively, as longer time was used to complete specific procedures before the start of the poll. After taking into consideration relevant circumstances, the EAC has decided to extend the polling hours for these polling stations accordingly.
The polling hours for Hong Kong Federation of Handicapped Youth Jockey Club Activity Center station will end at 10.32pm, the polling hours for Hongkong Garden Club Ltd. station will end at 10.37pm, while the polling hours for The Hong Kong Management Association K S Lo College station will end at 10.32 pm.
According to section 5(g) of the Electoral Affairs Commission Ordinance, the Commission may do such other incidental act or thing or exercise such powers as it considers necessary or expedient for the performance of its functions under this or any other Ordinance.
