Class 7A Drama Group to refresh popular play in "The Big Happy Dying Re-run with Big Happy Singing"
******************************************************************************************
Class 7A Drama Group will refresh its popular play "The Big Happy Dying" by bringing "The Big Happy Dying Re-run with Big Happy Singing" to the stage in September. The play explores life and death in a lively and hilarious manner.

The story begins with an old man who misuses medication and needs to go to hospital at once. However, when he discovers the journey to death can be made painless, he realises this is a once-in-a-life-time opportunity. He thinks it's a chance not to be missed!

Class 7A Drama Group created the first part of The Death Trilogy, "Death" in 2002, followed by the sequel "The Big Happy Dying" in 2007. Both were highly praised.

This year, the group's artistic director, Yatyau, decided to refresh the script, fully transforming the play. Yatyau, who is also the play's composer and lyricist, seems to keep improving, with the current play following former successful plays such as "And Then There Were None" and "SEVEN: Lost and Lust".

"The Big Happy Dying Re-run with Big Happy Singing" is directed by Freddy Wong and Yankov Wong as sound artist, musician and performer. Actors Ben So and Sit Hoi-fai are the main cast.
