The Government Property Agency is inviting tenders for separate tenancies of a government canteen at the ground floor, Old Man Kam To Terminal Building, Man Kam To Control Point and a government property at the ground floor, Hoi Hong Buildings Nos. 45 and 47 Tit Shu Street, Tai Kok Tsui, each for a term of three years.
The property in Man Kam To Control Point should be used for canteen purposes only, while that in Tai Kok Tsui should be used for the purposes of retail or provision of services or combination of any of them only (excluding restaurant, cafeteria, garage, motor vehicle repairing, maintenance, lubricating and washing services, funeral parlour, coffin shop, temple and Buddhist hall for the performance of the ceremony known as "Ta Chai" or any similar ceremony, boarding house, apartment house, dance hall, music hall, pet shop and any uses for keeping livestock or poultry or any noisy or offensive or immoral or nuisance or annoyance trade or business).
The tender notices were gazetted today (December 6). Tender documents are available for collection at the Government Property Agency, 31/F, Revenue Tower, 5 Gloucester Road, Wan Chai, during office hours (8.30am to 5.45pm from Mondays to Fridays). Interested bidders who wish to inspect the sites should make prior appointment with the Government Property Agency by calling 2594 7697 on or before December 17 this year for the property in Man Kam To Control Point, and by calling 2594 7654 on or before December 23 this year for the property in Tai Kok Tsui.
Bidders must submit their tenders by placing them in the Government Logistics Department Tender Box at the ground floor, North Point Government Offices, 333 Java Road, North Point, Hong Kong, before noon on January 2, 2014 for the property in Man Kam To Control Point, and before noon on January 6, 2014 for the property in Tai Kok Tsui. Late tenders will not be accepted.
