The Leisure and Cultural Services Department is inviting applications for "2007-08 Community Cultural Ambassador Scheme", which aims to encourage and collaborate with worthy artists and arts groups to bring the arts to the community.
Applicant should be a registered local non-profit-making performing arts group or an ensemble of artists which, in the past three years, had been active in a specific art form in Hong Kong, with proven experience and artistic merit in public performances. The proposal should cover one or more performing art forms including opera/operatic singing, dance, music, theatrical arts (including drama, mime, magic, puppetry) and multi arts. Proposed project may include one or a combination of the following types of activities: performances, workshops, lectures, demonstration or episodic performances and exhibitions, with creativity.

Completed application form should be submitted with supporting information to the Audience Building Office not later than 5.30pm on Friday, May 11, 2007. Please mark "2007/08 Community Cultural Ambassador Scheme" on the envelope.
