Employer fined for breaching MPFS Ordinance

An employer was fined $10,000 at the Kwun Tong Magistracy today (November 3), after being convicted of offences under the Mandatory Provident Fund Schemes Ordinance.
In today's hearing, the defendant, The Park Language Group Limited, was convicted after trial of failing to enrol one employee in an MPF scheme and was fined $10,000.
