Hongkong Post today (October 26) announced that a set of six postage prepaid postcards featuring animals in Ocean Park Hong Kong's new theme area "Adventures in Australia" will be released for sale on October 29 (Thursday). The new postcards are specially designed for customers to send personal messages to friends and relatives anywhere.
The new postcard series features three iconic animals - the southern Koala, the red-necked wallaby and the laughing kookaburra from South Australia - now housed in the park's new "Adventures in Australia" theme area. These postcards, which carry air mail postage, can be sent to all destinations.
The new set of postage prepaid postcards will be sold at $36 each at all 38 philatelic offices, as well as Causeway Bay Post Office, Discovery Bay Post Office, Lamma Post Office, Repulse Bay Post Office, Stanley Post Office and Tung Chung Post Office, from October 29.
