Mediation saves time, money

Those who find themselves in disputes with neighbours or business partners, or couples going through divorce, usually head straight into litigation. To help ease the courts' caseloads the Government has been promoting mediation.
News.gov.hk spoke to a Judiciary mediation affairs officer, a family mediator and a business owner who explained how the process can help save time, money and the parties' grief.
