The Transport Department (TD) today (July 16) reminded the public that special transport arrangements will be implemented tomorrow (July 17) and this Saturday (July 18) to facilitate the extension of opening hours of the Hong Kong Book Fair 2015 at the Hong Kong Convention and Exhibition Centre (HKCEC) on those two days.
The special transport arrangements will include:
* The Star Ferry service sailing between Wan Chai and Tsim Sha Tsui will be strengthened on July 17 and 18 starting from 8pm and the service hours will be extended to 11.30pm; and
* Two special cross-harbour bus routes, 105R (to Mei Foo) and 111R (to Yue Man Square, Kwun Tong) will be operated by bus companies from HKCEC Phase II at Expo Drive from 10pm on July 17 and 18 to 1am on the following day. The headway will be 10 to 15 minutes with a fare charged at $15.50.
