The following is issued on behalf of the Legislative Council Secretariat:
The agenda of the Legislative Council (LegCo) meeting, scheduled for today (June 10) at 11am in the Chamber of the LegCo Complex, has been revised. In addition to the original items, the President of LegCo has given permission for the Chairman of the LegCo Committee on Members' Interests, Mr Ip Kwok-him, to present the Report of the Committee on Members' Interests on complaints against Honourable Alan Leong Kah-kit, Honourable Claudia Mo and Honourable James To Kun-sun at the meeting and address the Council on the Report.
In addition, Mr Andrew Leung will move a proposed resolution under section 34(4) of the Interpretation and General Clauses Ordinance to extend the period for amending the Securities and Futures (Amendment) Ordinance 2014 (Commencement) Notice 2015, the Securities and Futures (OTC Derivative TransactionsĦXReporting and Record Keeping Obligations) Rules and the Securities and Futures (Stock Markets, Futures Markets and Clearing Houses) Notice laid on the table of the Council on May 20, 2015 to the meeting of July 8, 2015.
