Reporter: Can you comment on whether RTHK has enough manpower and resources to take over the spectrum (assigned to ATV) by the end of May?
Secretary for Commerce and Economic Development: The resources, programming requirement and plan are currently being looked at by RTHK's staff and we will be working very closely with them to see what kind of resources that they will require in order to provide the service as planned.
