This summer, the International Arts Carnival (IAC) will bring a splendid array of inspirational and enjoyable programmes to all. Organised by the Leisure and Cultural Services Department, the annual summer arts festival will run from July 11 to August 17 and will feature more than 410 events for family entertainment.
