The agenda of the Legislative Council (LegCo) meeting, scheduled for tomorrow (March 27) at 11am in the Chamber of the LegCo Complex, has been revised. In addition to the original agenda items, the President of the LegCo has given permission for the Secretary for Financial Services and the Treasury to move two proposed resolutions under section 34(2) of the Interpretation and General Clauses Ordinance in relation to the Companies (Directors' Report) Regulation and the Companies (Summary Financial Reports) Regulation respectively.
