Vendors of first-hand residential properties are required under the Ordinance to provide electronic copies of the aforementioned documents to the SRPE.

A spokesman for the Transport and Housing Bureau (THB) said today (March 4), "To facilitate vendors of first-hand residential properties to understand how to provide the electronic copies of the aforementioned documents to the SRPE, the Transport and Housing Bureau will organise two workshops for them."

Details of the workshops are as follows:

User accounts are required to access the SRPE for the trial run. For vendors who will attend the workshops, user accounts will be distributed to them at the workshops.
