Following is the transcript of remarks (English portion) by Non-official Member of the Executive Council, Dr C H Leong, on the Policy Address at a media session at the Legislative Council Complex this afternoon (October 12):

Dr C H Leong: I think this is a very comprehensive Policy Address. It reflects and is a report of what he has done in the last seven years. It also gives us some very innovative insights into how to answer what the public want and also gives us some ideas for the future. So I think it is a very good Policy Address.
