The Hong Kong Red Cross Blood Transfusion Service (BTS) announced today (July 4) that the Tsuen Wan Blood Donor Centre of the BTS will be temporarily relocated to Shop 310, 3/F, Nina Tower, 8 Yeung Uk Road, Tsuen Wan (Exit D, Tsuen Wan West Station, MTR West Rail Line), as its original location at 8 Tai Ho Road will be renovated from July 9 onwards. Service hours, from 11am to 7pm from Monday to Saturday and from 1pm to 8pm on Sundays and public holidays, will remain unchanged. The renovation work is due to complete in six months.
The temporary blood donor centre at Nina Tower will be spacious and comfortable. It is hoped that blood donors will find the environment enjoyable. The BTS sincerely invites the public to give blood there and show their continued support to the Tsuen Wan Blood Donor Centre. Donors giving blood at Nina Tower will be presented with a set of "Blood Donation Twin Clips" while stocks last.
