The Lands Department announced today (August 16) that two residential sites on the Application List, one at Area 21, junction of Fan Leng Lau Road, Wo Muk Road and Luen Hing Street, Fanling, Fanling Sheung Shui Town Lot No. 202, and the other at Lin Shing Road, Chai Wan, Chai Wan Inland Lot No. 175, will be disposed of by public auction.
The auction of the two lots will be held at 3pm on September 29, 2010, at Tsuen Wan Town Hall.
Fanling Sheung Shui Town Lot No. 202 has a site area of about 2,560 square metres and is designated for non-industrial (excluding office, godown, hotel and petrol filling station) purposes. The minimum gross floor area is 9,551 square metres.
Chai Wan Inland Lot No. 175 has a site area of about 1,804 square metres and is also designated for non-industrial (excluding godown, petrol filling station and hotel) purposes. The minimum gross floor area and the maximum gross floor area are 8,660 square metres and 14,432 square metres respectively.
The final Conditions of Sale for Fanling Sheung Shui Town Lot No. 202 and for Chai Wan Inland Lot No. 175 will be available for distribution and uploaded onto the Lands Department's website (www.landsd.gov.hk) by September 10, 2010, when the particulars of the land auction will also be gazetted.
