FS' transcript of remarks (with photo/video)
********************************************

Following is the transcript of remarks (English portion) of the Financial Secretary, Mr John C Tsang, at a media session after attending a radio programme on the 2010-11 Budget this morning (February 27):

Reporter: Are you saying that you already have some measures in mind to tackle the problem that professional investors may change their targets to mass residential property market after you have raised the stamp duty?

Financial Secretary: We've push out a basket of measures already, and we do have other measure ready, in depending on the situation how it evolves. I think we are already quite determined to ensure our property market proceeds in a stable and healthy manner.

Reporter: Do you expect there could be a draw back after you have raised the stamp duty that professional investors will change their targets?

Financial Secretary: It's not our aim to push up or push down the market, what we want is the market to proceed in a healthy and stable manner

(Please also refer to the Chinese portion of the transcript or remarks.)
