Following is the transcript (English portion) of a meet-the-media session by the Convenor of the Non-official Members of the Executive Council (Exco), Mr Leung Chun-ying, and some Exco Non-official Members, on the Policy Address this afternoon (October 15):
Reporter: Mr Leung, what do you feel about the Policy Address?
Mr Leung: It is a very comprehensive Policy Address, particularly in the face of the uncertainties as a result of the financial situation overseas. I myself and all my non-official colleagues of the Executive Council recommend to the Hong Kong community this Policy Address. It is well worth our while in supporting it.
