The Government announced today (November 30) the Chief Executive has made the following re-appointments to the Copyright Tribunal for a period of two years with effect from tomorrow (December 1).

Mr Danny Yung Ning-tsun
The Chief Executive has appointed Ms Susanna Chiu Lai-kuen as member of the Copyright Tribunal for the same period.
"We would like to express our gratitude to retiring member Mr Paul Chan Mo-po, JP for his service on the tribunal over the past two years," a spokesman for the Government said.
The Copyright Tribunal is a quasi-judicial body established under the Copyright Ordinance. It adjudicates on disputes concerning the terms and conditions of copyright licensing schemes devised by licensing bodies. The chairman and deputy chairman of the tribunal must be qualified for appointment as District Judges.
