The Lands Department announced today (June 25) that a site at Chun Yan Street in Wong Tai Sin, New Kowloon Inland Lot No 6309, had been successfully triggered for sale under the Application List System.
The lot will be offered for sale at this financial yearˇ¦s fourth Government land auction to be held on July 31 at the Queen Elizabeth Stadium, Wan Chai.
A Lands Department spokesman said the Government had accepted the applicantˇ¦s minimum guaranteed bid of $3 billion for the lot. This will be the opening bid at the auction subject to the reserve price of the lot.
New Kowloon Inland Lot No 6309 has a site area of about 9,502 square metres and is designated for non-industrial (excluding godown, hotel and petrol filling station) purposes. A minimum gross floor area of 51,311 square metres must be completed.
The final Conditions of Sale for the lot will be available for distribution and uploaded onto the Lands Departmentˇ¦s website (http://www.landsd.gov.hk) by July 13 when the particulars of the land auction will also be gazetted.
