The Registration and Electoral Office (REO) has sent to all members of the Election Committee (EC) polling notices and other related materials about the electoral arrangements for the Chief Executive election on March 25 .
"Any EC member who has not received the package is advised to call the election hotline, 2891 1001," an REO spokesman said.
Apart from the polling notice, the package also includes an introductory leaflet on the candidates, a short note on the details of polling and counting procedures and the voting procedures, a location map of the polling station and a transportation guide.
The spokesman said that the first round of voting at the polling station in the AsiaWorld-Expo would start at 9am and close at 11am.
He appealed to EC members to arrive at the polling station well before 11am to avoid a last-minute rush. They should allow some time to walk from the disembarking points of different public and private transport to the polling station inside Hall 2 of the AsiaWorld-Expo.
