The Lands Department issued five consents for the sale of 1,632 residential units in uncompleted development projects in December 2002.
The residential units, located at Kowloon and the New Territories, are estimated to be completed before June 2004, a spokesman for the Department said today (January 7).
As at the end of December 2002, there were 20 applications for pre-sale consent involving a total of 12,433 residential units throughout Hong Kong. The units are expected to be completed before September 2004.
In addition, there were two applications for pre-sale consent involving commercial units and seven applications for consent to assign involving residential units.
