The Government has set up the Continuing Education Fund to subsidise local residents aged 18 to 60 who do not have a university degree to pursue studies in recognised courses.

These include the specified sectors of logistics, financial services, China business, tourism, language, design, and also interpersonal and intrapersonal skills for the workplace.
