ABOUT 520 KILOMETRES SOUTH OF HONG KONG (NEAR 17.6 DEGREES
NORTH 113.9 DEGREES EAST) AND IS FORECAST TO MOVE WEST AT
ABOUT 22 KILOMETRES PER HOUR IN THE GENERAL DIRECTION OF
