HERE IS THE LATEST WEATHER BULLETIN ISSUED BY THE HONG KONG
OBSERVATORY.
 
THE MONSOON DEPRESSION OVER THE VICINITY OF BEIBU WAN IS
BRINGING HEAVY SHOWERS AND SQUALLY THUNDERSTORMS TO THE
COAST OF GUANGDONG AND THE NORTHERN PART OF THE SOUTH CHINA
SEA.
 
AT 8 A.M., TROPICAL STORM GUCHOL WAS CENTRED ABOUT 1370
KILOMETRES EAST OF MANILA. IT IS FORECAST TO MOVE NORTHWEST
AT ABOUT 10 KILOMETRES PER HOUR ACROSS THE SEAS EAST OF THE
PHILIPPINES.
 
WEATHER FORECAST FOR TODAY
 
MAINLY CLOUDY WITH SHOWERS AND SQUALLY THUNDERSTORMS.
SHOWERS WILL BE HEAVY AT TIMES. THE MAXIMUM TEMPERATURE
WILL BE AROUND 31 DEGREES. MODERATE TO FRESH SOUTHEASTERLY
WINDS, OCCASIONALLY STRONG OFFSHORE AND ON HIGH GROUND.
