GUANGDONG IS BEING REPLACED BY A SOUTHERLY AIRSTREAM
GRADUALLY.



AT 5 A.M., TYPHOON VONGFONG WITH MAXIMUM SUSTAINED WINDS OF
ABOUT 120 KILOMETRES PER HOUR NEAR ITS CENTRE WAS LOCATED
NEAR 12.9 DEGREES NORTH, 123.2 DEGREES EAST. IT IS FORECAST
TO MOVE NORTHWEST AT ABOUT 18 KILOMETRES PER HOUR ACROSS
THE PHILIPPINES.
