SHOWERS ARE AFFECTING THE NORTHERN PART OF THE SOUTH CHINA
SEA AND THE COAST OF GUANGDONG. LOCALLY, MORE THAN 10
MILLIMETRES OF RAINFALL WERE GENERALLY RECORDED OVER THE
TERRITORY THIS MORNING.


 
AT 8 A.M., TROPICAL DEPRESSION KAJIKI WAS CENTRED ABOUT 110
KILOMETRES NORTH OF DA NANG. IT IS FORECAST TO BE SLOW
MOVING, LINGERING OVER THE VICINITY OF THE COAST OF CENTRAL
VIETNAM.
 
MEANWHILE, TYPHOON LINGLING WAS CENTRED ABOUT 430
KILOMETRES EAST OF GAOXIONG. IT IS FORECAST TO MOVE
NORTH-NORTHEAST AT ABOUT 12 KILOMETRES PER HOUR ACROSS THE
SEAS EAST OF TAIWAN.
