TROPICAL STORM BAILU HAS WEAKENED INTO A TROPICAL
DEPRESSION.
 
AT 6 P.M., BAILU WITH MAXIMUM SUSTAINED WINDS OF ABOUT 55
KILOMETRES PER HOUR NEAR ITS CENTRE WAS LOCATED AT 24.7
DEGREES NORTH, 115.0 DEGREES EAST. IT IS FORECAST TO MOVE
WEST-NORTHWEST AT ABOUT 20 KILOMETRES PER HOUR FURTHER
INLAND.
