800 KILOMETRES OF HONG KONG MAY AFFECT US.
AT 4 A.M., SEVERE TROPICAL STORM BAILU WAS ESTIMATED TO BE
ABOUT 380 KILOMETRES EAST-NORTHEAST OF HONG KONG (NEAR 23.1
DEGREES NORTH 117.8 DEGREES EAST) AND IS FORECAST TO MOVE
NORTHWEST OR WEST-NORTHWEST AT ABOUT 25 KILOMETRES PER HOUR
ACROSS THE TAIWAN STRAIT AND TOWARDS THE COAST OF
SOUTHEASTERN CHINA.
