HERE IS THE LATEST WEATHER BULLETIN ISSUED BY THE HONG KONG
OBSERVATORY.
 
THE NORTHEAST MONSOON CONTINUES TO BRING FINE WEATHER TO
SOUTHERN CHINA.
 
AT 2 A.M., SEVERE TROPICAL STORM SAOLA WAS CENTRED ABOUT
1180 KILOMETRES SOUTH-SOUTHEAST OF OKINAWA. IT IS FORECAST
TO MOVE NORTHWEST AT ABOUT 20 KILOMETRES PER HOUR TOWARDS
THE VICINITY OF THE RYUKYU ISLANDS AND CONTINUE TO
INTENSIFY.
 
WEATHER FORECAST FOR TODAY
 
IT WILL BE FINE. THE MINIMUM TEMPERATURE IN THE MORNING
WILL BE ABOUT 23 DEGREES IN THE URBAN AREAS, AND A COUPLE
OF DEGREES LOWER IN THE NEW TERRITORIES. DRY DURING THE DAY
WITH A MAXIMUM TEMPERATURE OF AROUND 28 DEGREES. MODERATE
EAST TO NORTHEASTERLY WINDS.
 
OUTLOOK : FINE AND DRY IN THE FOLLOWING FEW DAYS. SLIGHTLY
COOLER EARLY NEXT WEEK.
